How are Channels associated with API access credentials

    Hi,

    We have been developing some sample code to try to query data from the API using the getActiveChannels method.

    We have a set of credentials that appear to authenticate correctly but it looks like we are getting a valid response of an empty object.

    Does this look like we have no channels assigned to our account and, if so, how do we request that these get assigned.

    Dear Tony,

    It looks like related CoSLA TalentLink account configuration is not yet ready. Mentioned part of configuration is being managed by users with system administrator privileges.

    We've informed our colleague on Lumesse side, who requested the web service activation, to contact you and provide further details.
